Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Leading Edge Computers ALBANY. Our returns and refunds policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law.

1. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, we may offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion if:

  • The product is unopened and in resalable condition

  • You return it within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase

2. Faulty or Defective Products

You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if a product you purchased:

  • Is faulty

  • Is not as described

  • Doesn’t do what we said it would

Please contact us as soon as possible, and provide:

  • A description of the issue

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)

  • Photos if relevant

3. Repair Services

If your device was repaired and the issue persists:

  • Contact us within 30 days of the repair

  • We’ll assess and resolve the issue promptly

4. Warranties

Some products may come with a manufacturer’s warranty. We’ll help facilitate claims if needed.
